We may refuse or cancel orders where there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, or a legal/compliance concern.

You confirm that any payment method used is authorised and valid.

5. Intellectual property

All branding, website assets, copy, and digital materials are owned by NOVATEC or licensed to NOVATEC.

You may not copy, republish, or redistribute materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVATEC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, purchases, or reliance on content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
